Description
Floating island of the shen'dorei (Highborne rebels who fled Eldre'Thalas) in crisis after its wind spirits vanished; Windshapers (Horde), High Order (Alliance) and the Al'Aketh cult of Al'Akir vie for control.
Notes
Sanctuary/Neutral PvP status and subzones are per warcraft.wiki.gg (unofficial); Blizzard sources describe it as neutral with faction choice. Flight masters unknown.
