In Classic, three lifts connect the Ruins of Lordaeron to Undercity. The 'Orb of Translocation' to Silvermoon arrived with The Burning Crusade and is not in Classic. In Forever, 'Ruins of Lordaeron' is also a new dungeon name, and it is unpublished whether that changes access.
