Description
At the official beta-launch dev Q&A (Sept 17 2026), relayed by Warcraft Tavern, Blizzard said: GDKP-style raid-slot buying/selling will not be allowed; there is no separate heroic difficulty tier for dungeons or raids; DPS meters, cooldown trackers and swing timers will be built into the default UI rather than left to addons; and switching between rulesets (Normal/PvP/RP/Hardcore) will require a paid character-transfer service rather than being unsupported outright as earlier reporting suggested.
Details
GDKP ban is consistent with the already-logged no-WoW-Token/no-paid-boosts monetization stance. 'No flex raid sizing' (fixed 10/20-player raids) was already confirmed via the Ana Resendez quote above; this Q&A separately confirms there is also no heroic difficulty tier. Single-outlet relay of an official Q&A; recommend cross-checking against the official Q&A VOD/recap once Blizzard publishes one. Massively OP's Sept 19 recap independently confirms the GDKP ban and a crackdown on gold selling/RMT.
