What access to the city of Dalaran Horde characters keep once Blizzard adjusts it. Josh Greenfield said on Oct 9 that full Horde access is not intended and that adjustments are likely; the change had not shipped when this was written, and the Kirin Tor reputation fix is due in the next beta build.
