Detail

Where does Shifting Power sit in the client's Feral tree once the level-30 build is read, and does King of the Jungle still exist now that Tiger's Fury is gone? Partial answer (2026-10-02): Blizzard's Oct 1 beta notes put Shifting Power in the 4th row, connected to Shredding Attacks, with Improved Shifting Power in the 5th row, and say the King of the Jungle talent has been removed (https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/wow-forever-beta-development-notes-%E2%80%93-updated-october-1/2360696). The client tree has not been re-read on the level-30 build yet.
