Is there a Horde-only relic quest from the Zephras Isle class trainers (a Shaman totem that lowers Lightning Bolt cost by 5 mana; a Druid idol reportedly lowering shapeshift cost by 50)? Single stream mention (Tiqqle, Sept 24), Unverified. Resolved (Wowhead): yes. The Horde-only quest 'Meddlesome Mages' (levels 5-6, Illaya Amberwind, Shen'dar Village) rewards the Druid idol Windcharged Leaf (40 less mana on shapeshifting) and the Shaman totem Windcarved Effigy (cheaper Lightning Bolt). Any Horde race can do it; Alliance players are refused.
