Will Forever ship dual specialization, and what will respec cost at launch? Partial update (2026-09-29): still unannounced for launch pricing/dual spec itself, but the KB's Sept 24 beta patch fact (temporary 1-silver respec, hourly cooldown) is confirmed by a second outlet (Icy Veins, 2026-09-24), corroborating the existing systems.json entry. Partial answer (2026-10-01): yes to dual spec - Blizzard's Sept 30 Class Deep Dives say Dual Specialization becomes available at level 40 (https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-us/news/24301515). What it costs and what a respec costs at launch are still not announced. Partial answer (2026-10-11): the unlock level may move - Josh Greenfield said on the Oct 8 podcast that dual spec is 'currently' set to level 40 and that the right level is under discussion (https://www.wowhead.com/forever/news/blizzard-teases-possible-change-to-unlock-level-of-dual-spec-in-wow-forever-383320). TechRadar's Oct 10 interview says dual spec has a cost and that re-speccing becomes expensive at launch, with no prices given (https://www.techradar.com/gaming/wow-forevers-classes-wont-be-modernized-but-blizzard-has-added-some-new-mechanics-for-engaging-depth-as-some-classes-in-world-of-warcraft-classic-were-too-simple).
