Detail

Does Cannibalize keep its Classic 2-minute cooldown and humanoid-or-undead corpse rule in Forever now that it restores Mana as well as Health, and how much drinking does it save a leveling Mage? Also whether Will of the Forsaken's 45-second shared cooldown (wow.gg) is confirmed.
