Summary

Oilskin Leggings (Grimlok, Uldaman, level 42) now carry a new 'Feral Combat +1' stat in Forever, the only such item found so far; untestable on the level 30 beta. The article presumes it acts like weapon skill. Unconfirmed by Blizzard.
