Where it comes from

Boss drop

Ruins of Lordaeron

Dropped by Lordaeron Captain

Forever changed it from Classic (item level 26 -> 27, Uncommon -> Rare, +9 Spirit -> +33 Healing Power and +11 Spell Damage). Source conflict: wowtbc.gg lists it in Ruins of Lordaeron; foreverdb.net shows the Classic drop (Deathsworn Captain, Shadowfang Keep, not confirmed in Forever) and does not list it in Ruins of Lordaeron.
