Fact
Truthseeker's Bow (46-87 damage, 2.80 speed, +7 Agility, +3 Stamina) had no level requirement when the level-30 cap opened, which made it the best ranged weapon available. On Oct 8 Wowhead reported it now requires level 40, and Wowhead's item page and Method's guide show level 40. Players on the EU forum say characters who sold their old bow were left without a usable ranged weapon; no Blizzard reply was seen.
