Fact
Blizzard's Oct 8 beta notes: the City of Dalaran dungeon is available for testing; creatures in dungeons give about 20% more XP, and a bug that cut kill XP for lower-level party members is fixed (XP now depends on each player's own level, as in Classic Era); several weapons can be swapped within one global cooldown again; creatures with no loot can be interacted with again (Classic looting); the Cooldown Manager supports all classes, racial abilities and trinkets; all beta players are granted the Legacy Challenge completion worth 16 Legacy Points, and the cheapest talent re-spec costs 1 silver ('1s' in the notes), stepping down by one re-spec per hour (beta only, per Warcraft Tavern); critical strikes in PvP no longer have reduced efficacy; voice chat can use Discord Voice; quest level requirements show in the Quest Tracker; several dungeon quest rewards drop from Rare to Uncommon; the Desolace Gelkis and Magram quest rewards are retuned and the Valley of Bones quests now need level 35. The notes state no level cap change and no build number.
