Fact
Per Wowhead (Oct 8): on the beta, Horde players can enter the city of Dalaran after the City of Dalaran dungeon. Finish the Heart of Disruption questline (it awards the Dalaran Sewer Key), then take the Arcane Mote looted from Shade of the Archmage to Archmage Celindra for the quest Shrewd Negotiations; the guards that were hostile become neutral. Inside, most citizens offer no services, but Horde players can buy supplies (arrows, food, drink), train Mage skills, use the stables and fish for coins in the fountain. Wowhead does not say whether this is intended. Correction (2026-10-09): this is not intended. Blizzard's Josh 'Aggrend' Greenfield posted on X that Horde having full access to Dalaran 'isn't really intended' and that the team would look at it and 'likely get some adjustments out'. A second post says Horde gaining Kirin Tor reputation is already fixed internally and the fix goes live next week. Wowhead and Icy Veins both report the posts. Expect the access to be reduced or removed.
