Blizzard's Oct 8 beta notes for Druid: Mana Potions can be used in Bear, Dire Bear and Cat Form (bug fix); Rage from critical strikes in Bear and Dire Bear Form is 100% increased (from 75%); Bear and Dire Bear threat bonus 50% (from 30%); Demoralizing Roar generates threat; Thorns back to Vanilla base damage with a 6% spell power ratio (from 13.3%); Cat Form no longer lowers maximum health; Wrath ranks 1-5 adjusted; Predatory Instincts renamed Natural Instinct and also adds spell healing equal to 12/25% of Intellect; Shifting Power cannot be used at full Energy; Thick Hide implemented; Rage from damage taken recalculated for Warriors and Druids. Items: Wolfshead Helm grants 5 Energy when Shifting Power is used (its Rage effect is unchanged); Enchant Weapon - Recovery works while shapeshifted; Revelation Enchant's buff survives shifting into Druid forms. Still a known issue: armor bonuses from consumables and buffs are multiplied by Bear Form. Leveling in the same build: creatures in dungeons give about 20% more XP, and the City of Dalaran dungeon is open for testing.
