Fact
Druids can now use Thistle Tea (energy) in Cat Form, and creators report potions and bandages also work in forms, on-hit weapon procs trigger in Cat and Bear, and Windfury Totem now buffs Cat Form. The Thistle Tea recipe is still a Rogue-only Cooking recipe (Cooking 60, Ravenholdt) in Wowhead's Forever database, so a Druid has to buy the tea from a Rogue or the Auction House; one stream claim that Alchemy makes it is contradicted by that listing. Update (2026-09-30): Blizzard's Druid class deep dive confirms consumables and weapon enchantments work while shapeshifted.
