Fact
'Meddlesome Mages' (levels 5-6) from Illaya Amberwind in Shen'dar Village is Horde-only and rewards a Druid idol, Windcharged Leaf (shapeshifting costs 40 less mana), and a Shaman totem, Windcarved Effigy (Lightning Bolt costs less mana; exact value differs by source). Any Horde race can take it, so other Horde characters can travel in for it; Alliance Skyborne are refused. For the Skyborne Druid it makes powershifting between Cat and caster form cheaper while leveling.
