Fact
'Meddlesome Mages' (levels 5-6, Illaya Amberwind, Shen'dar Village on Zephras Isle) is a Horde-only quest open to any Horde race; it rewards the Shaman totem Windcarved Effigy, which lowers Lightning Bolt's mana cost (Wowhead lists a percentage; a stream showed about 5 mana at low rank). A Troll would have to travel to the isle for it, so it is optional for the Troll Shaman; worth it only if the trip is short.
