Fact
Mana now regenerates as a continuous stream rather than 5-sec ticks. Mindfulness (Restoration, 3 ranks) lets 50% of mana regeneration continue while casting; one creator's own simulator put time-to-empty at about 38 sec without it and about 50 sec with it at level 20 gear. Lightning Bolt rank 4 costs about 60 mana with a 2.5 sec cast; lower ranks stay available through a 'show all spell ranks' option. Beta respecs cost 1 silver, so testing both is cheap.
