Fact
Podcast episode 4 (the PvP episode): there will be no character transfers between the PvP and Normal rulesets, and there is no RP-PvP ruleset at launch, though one could come later. Correction: on October 22, 2026 Blizzard reversed this and added a Roleplay-PvP ruleset for launch on November 4 (https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/the-roleplay-pvp-ruleset-is-coming-to-wow-forever/2389502).
