Official Updated Oct 27, 2026

Fact

Also in Blizzard's Oct 1 beta notes: Honor cap raised from 15,000 to 25,000 and most PvP gear and upgrade-token costs up about 50%; barbershops added to Darnassus and Thunder Bluff; campfires no longer damage players below level 5 and do less damage to injured players; BoE items with an uncollected appearance now become Soulbound instead of Bound to Account; faster respawns in Hillsbrad Foothills, Ashenvale, Wetlands, Duskwood and Thousand Needles; the spell-damage tooltip now explains that low spell ranks get less benefit; pets' Aggressive mode restored. Blizzard also clarified that only one new battleground and one new dungeon (Excavation Site: Wetlands, 26-31) open this week; the existing Razorfen Downs (25+) and Uldaman (30+) also become reachable at the new cap.
