Fact
The beta level cap went from 20 to 30 with the Oct 1 maintenance (Blizzard blue post by Kaivax, posted Sept 30). The new build also carries unspecified changes and fixes; development notes were promised for the build day. Update 2026-10-02: the development notes were posted on Oct 1 and say 'Players can now level up to a maximum of level 30'. They give no build number; two build trackers list the build as 1.60.1.70170.
