Fact
Enhancement: Stormstrike now costs 8% of base mana and its debuff is no longer consumed if the spell does not land. Restoration: extra Mana Tide Totem rank at level 38 (ranks now 25, 38, 48, 58); Restorative Totems now affects the whole Healing Stream Totem effect; Tidal Focus and Totemic Focus swap rows; Water Shield can trigger from any critical spell, not only critical heals.
