Mage: Missile Barrage (Arcane): Blizzard's Oct 15 development notes say Arcane Missiles hits can trigger Missile Barrage,

Reported Updated Oct 27, 2026

Fact

Blizzard's Oct 15 development notes say Arcane Missiles hits can trigger Missile Barrage, but trackers reading the beta's server hotfixes report that Arcane Missiles hits do not trigger it (dropped on Oct 15), and that Frost Blast can trigger it (hotfix of Oct 16, build 70450). Per bindonforever the talent's trigger list is Arcane Blast at full chance, then Arcane Wrath, Fireball, Frostbolt, Frost Blast and Frostfire Bolt at half chance. Conflicts with the written notes; verify in game.
