Beta hotfix first seen Oct 20 (not in Blizzard's notes): Piercing Ice is removed from the Frost tree; Elemental Precision becomes 3 ranks of 2% hit (6% total, was 5 ranks of 1%); Ice Barrier absorbs 10% more and raises Frost damage by 3%; Frost Ward absorbs 10% more; Frost Warding also strengthens Ice Barrier and Frost Ward absorbs; Frost Channeling and Improved Blizzard move rows in the tree.
