Fact
Wowhead's Feral writer Lexolas on the Oct 1 build: Shifting Power's tooltip reads 'Instantly convert 55% of Base Mana into 40 Energy'; 16-sec cooldown, 8 sec with 2 points in Improved Shifting Power; its cost is lowered by effects that reduce shapeshifting cost; it needs no macro and, unlike Vanilla powershifting, does not remove slows or snares. Shifting from Cat Form to Bear Form and back removes all Energy even though Furor's tooltip suggests it should be kept, which may be an oversight. Opinion: good for PvE Energy flow, worse for Cat burst and utility in PvP.
