Beta starts 2026-09-17. Datamined spell IDs and tooltips should confirm columns, arrows and higher-rank values. Wowhead's Forever DB and tooltip API currently return Classic 1.13.7 data (nether.wowhead.com/forever/tooltip/spell/16814 gives Classic Improved Wrath text), and its Forever talent calculator is JS-only and could not be read.
