Warcraft Tavern's dedicated Shaman guide recommends Leatherworking, Alchemy, and Engineering for Shamans and does not mention Tailoring, Enchanting, Cooking, or Fishing at all in its professions section. This does not contradict that Tailoring/Enchanting are viable choices (bags, camp buffs, relics, self-enchants still have value), but it means the player's planned pairing is not the community's top-recommended Shaman profession combo per this source.
