The hidden Serpent Form (full Wailing Caverns Embrace of the Viper / 'of the Fang' set) is available to every Druid race with a race-specific snake color, so Skyborne get their own serpent. Prowl in the form makes it slither. The Skyborne color has not been shown publicly yet.
