Forever-wide dungeon changes (not stated per-dungeon): Blizzard says 'Every dungeon drop has been re-examined... hundreds of new drops have been added. Unique dungeon boss items are now blue quality' (Official); dungeon mob-kill XP 'brought way down', dungeon quest XP 'much, much, much higher' (Kris Zierhut, Confirmed interview); Meeting Stones do not summon, they open a Looking for Group tool (Kotaku interview).
